Terms & Conditions b4bet — Read Before You Start Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and b4bet ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the b4bet online gaming platform, accessible via the official website at b4bet.biz, including all services, content, and features available therein.

The b4bet platform offers a wide range of online entertainment games, including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting covering football such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL, badminton, e-sports, and card games. All services are provided solely for entertainment purposes to eligible users.

This Terms document should be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming b4bet, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

To be eligible to register and use the b4bet platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.

B4bet is not liable for any losses incurred by users who register unlawfully, including those who provide false information regarding their age or identity.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at b4bet. Opening more than one account — whether under your own name, another person's name, or a false identity — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Update your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify b4bet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

B4bet reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documentation. Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 days may result in a temporary account suspension.

B4bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Malaysian payment methods:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank and other FPX member banks

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your b4bet account within 2 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• B4bet does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, the payment provider may impose their own charges.
• B4bet is not liable for deposit delays caused by technical issues on the part of eWallet providers or banks.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• B4bet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts exceeding RM 5,000.
• Any withdrawal request to a payment method that does not match the name on the b4bet account will be automatically rejected.

B4bet offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, daily reload offers, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only per user, per account, and per IP address/device.
• B4bet reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected, including the creation of multiple accounts solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Bonus balances that do not meet the wagering requirements within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed.
• Some games may not count, or may count at a different rate, toward wagering requirement calculations. Please refer to the respective promotion details.

All games available on the b4bet platform — including slots, Live Casino, blackjack, Sports Betting, badminton, e-sports, and other popular games — are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each game, which can be found within the respective game interface.

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified and audited to ensure fairness.
• Any technical disruptions during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with b4bet's technical policy. Bets affected by interruptions beyond b4bet's control may be voided and the stake amount refunded.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's screen and the b4bet server, the server record shall be final.
• B4bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds affected by technical errors or system bugs.
• For Sports Betting, the official rulings of the relevant sporting bodies — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Badminton Association of Malaysia, and others — are final.

The following are strictly prohibited on the b4bet platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action:

• Opening more than one account or registering using another person's identity.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other automation tools to play or place bets.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate the system in table games or Sports Betting.
• Exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors for unfair advantage.
• Uploading, submitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful to the b4bet platform or community.
• Any attempt to launder money through betting activities on the b4bet platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for the security of your b4bet account. b4bet recommends the following measures to keep your account protected:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, with a minimum of 8 characters.
• Do not use the same password for b4bet and other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
• Do not log in to your b4bet account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Log out of your b4bet account after using a shared device.

B4bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of their password or use of an unsecured device. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the b4bet support team within a reasonable time.

B4bet is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming culture. Our platform provides the following self-control tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period.
• Bet Limits: Cap the maximum stake amount per bet.
• Temporary Account Pause: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days whenever you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need professional help.

B4bet reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-suspension requests submitted by the member themselves.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, b4bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account. For closures under other circumstances, any remaining balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete and identity verification is confirmed.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, b4bet shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gameplay outcomes, regardless of the circumstances.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond b4bet's control, including natural disasters, internet outages, third-party provider technical issues, or government actions.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the b4bet platform.
• Loss of data or information due to unavoidable technical factors.

The maximum total compensation that any member may claim against b4bet under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

B4bet reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on b4bet.biz.

For material or significant amendments, b4bet will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. However, it is the member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically.

Your continued use of the b4bet platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
